Built by respected builder Malcolm Turner, the director of Urban Design Build Canterbury Ltd. The team at Cephas Rock provided a structural solution for the house, which has proven to be cost-effective. The sophisticated concrete work was used for the foundation, as well as steel framing to support the second floor, stack bond veneer cladding, and cantilevering water features which are still admired by the owners.
